Get ready to learn Tuscanbites old mama’s cooking secrets. A class about Tuscan handmade Pasta (Tagliatelle and Gnocchi) and Gelato. While enjoying the hands-on session, a glass of wine and fun expertise professionals.

First of all, you will learn to make Handmade Pasta (tagliatelle) and sauces with fresh ingredients. You will make a traditional Tagliatelle, from dough made by a special machine to handmade the draft and finally cut your Tagliatelle ready to cook.

After Tagliatelle you'll enjoy to learn how make the best fresh potatoes "Gnocchi" in town.

Lastly, you'll prepare the Gelato following the original recipe, just using your hands, without any machine.

The class will be held at Tuscanbites place, menu can be tailor-made as your group likes. After cooking you can taste your dishes and drink a very good glass of wine.

"Highlight of our trip"

Giulio was great! We had so much fun at our cooking class; the environment was light and comfortable the entire time. Giulio kept us laughing, and we made some of the best food we ate during our entire stay in Italy. The recipes were also easy to duplicate for our family back home. It was definitely a highlight of our Italian vacation and we highly recommend it to anyone who visits Florence!

"Fantastic experience"

The cooking class was exactly what I wanted. My son and I had a great time with Julian, he was very knowledgeable and personable. He made my son feel at ease and joked around with him a lot. We ended up being the only 2 people in the session, so it ended up being a private lesson which was unexpected, but really good. It was a wonderful experience, and we have lots of friends and family asking my son to cook a meal for them with what he learned. The follow up with the recipes was ideal.
