Workshop "Sangria" learn how to make the best Valencian paella and one of the most popular Spanish drinks “The sangría”.
Wine, sugar, fruits, a lot of ice cubes and some other secrets that the local chef will reveal to teach us how to make sangria. Learn the base and the steps to make this delicious and refreshing drink that everyone knows as “sangría”.
Valencian Paella, it’s time to start with the five-star dish, “the authentic Valencian paella”. Step by step, you’ll learn how to cook this outstanding dish, discovering all of its secrets, its history and the everything surrounding it.
In the process, we’ll take a break to enjoy a snack and a drink of the best and most typical products of the Valencian vegetables’ gardens. Meanwhile, the water of the original Valencian Paella is boiling.
Everyone to the table! For sure the paella is awesome. Nothing suits it better than local wines and after that much eating, you’ll enjoy the best fruits from the season. Don’t forget to save some space for a home-made cake “La coca de llanda” that comes with a sweet wine called “Mistela”.
To finish the event, the chef will deliver your diplomas, that will accredit you as an ambassador of the authentic Valencian paella and Spanish "Sangría".
