France is arguably the birthplace of fine dining, so why not come and learn how to cook authentic French food with us? In this class, learn how to cook traditional French food from a choice of three menus: red meat, poultry, and fish. At the start of the class you’ll visit a traditional French market to collect fresh ingredients to cook your meal with. Your class will finish just in time for lunch where you’ll get to eat your authentic French meal along with a complimentary glass of champagne.

Red meat menu:

• Cheese soufflé
• Beef pad with a red wine sauce
• Cheese plate
• Apple tarte tatin

Poultry menu:

• Salmon tartar with mango and avocados
• Poultry rolls with sage and mushrooms
• French meringue with chantilly and fruits

Fish menu:

• Cream soup with foie gras froth
• Fish roll with bacon and a lemon sauce
• Chocolate soufflé with a caramel sauce
