About

We use the kitchen as a space to create a fun environment where children can learn the life skills needed to be leaders in their communities.

In January 2017, we opened our doors to the community, and began offering a local market tour and Thai cooking class. With recipes created by some of our international foodie friends paired with favorites from The Courageous Kitchen, we aim to please everyone from home cooks, to avid chefs. Proceeds from each cooking class help us to continue to empower, educate, and feed our students, and their families.

Schedule

10:00 am: Meet at Punnawithi BTS Station
10:30 am: Local market tour, stop for Thai snacks
11:00 am: Cooking demo and lessons
12:00 pm: Clean up, prepare for lunch and eat
1:00 pm: End of the Cooking Class

"Top Experience in Bangkok"

It was a very nice laid back experience, it felt very personal and was one of our top highlights of our visit in Bangkok. It was a bit hard to find our guide at first at the train station but after that everything went perfectly. The tour through the market was really nice and interesting and we got to try some street food from their trusted places always with a smile from our guide. The cooking class was really well prepared and easy to follow, we got to learn 3 dishes all very easy to reproduce again at home! Since the money is going to this non-profit it was even more special! Keep it up!
