I loved. I had amazing times! I learned delicius meals !
I had amazing times. Midori is a great and lovely teacher. She
I had a fabulous day cooking okonomiyaki, takoyaki and gyoza with Midori in her comfortable and well equipped kitchen in Kyoto. Midori made sure that I got plenty of photographs of all the ingredients and techniques so that I would easily be able to applied the recipes at home. It was great having Midori show me the Nishiki market too and she told me about a lot of food and other goods that I may have totally overlooked if I hadn't been with a local. I highly recommend doing the cooking class and market tour with Midori.
