Hi everybody, my name is Tommy, I come from an amazing land called Toscana, that inspired me to create receipts full of quality and kindness, where I still spend my summers, thanks to my job I can live in both Tuscany and London.

During the experience, you will explore the Italian cooking heritage preparing from scratch fresh pasta and focaccia, the classic Italian lunch! With details, history, and secrets

Quality is the first steps, all the ingredients that we will use are organic, and some come from Italy, the someone that I use at home, like my own family production extra virgin olive oil!

Extra virgin olive oil is at the base, and we feel very lucky to have our own.

You will learn the simple way to make focaccia and pici (typically fresh pasta from Siena) only with your hand, a bowl and a wood board so you can easily repeat it at home.

Welcoming coffee and Chianti wine during the tasting are included.

Schedule

Morning Session:

• 10:30 am: Meeting at the address, welcome cup of Italian espresso.
• 10:45 am: Learn how to make handmade focaccia and customize it.
• 11:15 am: Learn how to make handmade fresh pasta, how to cook it and how to combine (condire).
• 12:30 pm: Lunch is served, relax and taste your creation with our local Chianti wine
• 1:30 pm: End of the cooking class.

Evening Session:

• 5:00 pm: Meeting at the address, welcome cup of Italian espresso.
• 5:15 pm: Learn how to make handmade focaccia and customize it.
• 5:45 pm: Learn how to make handmade fresh pasta, how to cook it and how to combine (condire).
• 7:00 pm: Lunch is served, relax and taste your creation with our local Chianti wine
• 8:00 pm: End of the cooking class.
