Follow Chef Tu, you can easily learn how to cook authentic cuisine, packed full of all the flavors and colors that are unique to Taiwan and make our cuisine so delicious.
We have launched a new menu, it’s a delicious, fun and easy to learn menu with a special price. It consists of one signature Taiwanese dish that changes monthly and is paired up with one starter; it only requires a minimum of 2 people to start the class. This is not a private class with our other menus; therefore you may meet some other foodies in the class to make this fun cooking experience even better.
Menu
Stir Fried Rice Vermicelli
- One of the most traditional Taiwanese dishes; The rice vermicelli stir fried with aromatic sauce. Layers of flavor created by simple and humble ingredients.
Pickled Cucumber Salad
- A light, crisp, sweet and a bit sour starter. A perfect companion dish goes with all kinds of dishes.

Monday to Sunday
- 10:00 am: Meet at the meeting point
- 10:10 am: Cooking time
- 11:30 am: Lunch time
- 12:00 pm: End of the cooking class
