Bread baking is a wonderful way to relax and spend a morning with our favourite Aunty: she's taught us all how to make it, her recipe is simple and delicious and easy to recreate at home.
Our morning bread baking class is around 4 hours long and starts early with a trip to the Athens' Central Market to pick up a few ingredients before heading back to The Greek Kitchen to start baking.
