Let's learn how to cook healthy Korean cuisine with a Korean Nutritionist! I'll start by giving you a tour of the local markets where we'll pick up all the fresh ingredients. (You also can check Korean local grocery shops and Korean traditional ingredients.)
After the market tour we'll make two different Korean cuisines at a cozy restaurant called "BigBites" Then I'll tell you the nutritional information about the ingredients, then show you the best way to cook for health and for taste!. We'll cook together and decorate your own table (our staff taking photos of you cook)
When you're ready with your Korean dish, we'll give you complimentary Korean rice wine called "Makoli." Now you can enjoy your own authentic Korean meal with good company :)
Our recipes are low sodium, low sugar and low calories. We use organic Korean sauce and spices.
Our meeting point is my cooking studio Yoojin's Kitchen: 망원동 동교로9길 76.
