About

Our cooking class provides a great experience in traditional Vietnamese cooking and culture. you will explore the colorful variety of Vietnamese markets by sounds, eyes, smells and taste to see real daily life that shapes the contours of colorful Vietnamese cuisine.

The course spends five hours includes colorful Central Market Trip, cooking, enjoying our meals, relaxing in our garden, and learning about Vietnamese culture as well.

Sun was a good instructor, knowledgeable and a great personality.

There were a lot of people from different nationalities in our class, and even if we didn't speak English well, we managed to communicate and have fun. The class was open and different, the food was delicious, and the ingredients were fresh because they were bought directly from the market. Overall, I was satisfied.

We had such fun in this class. We learnt lots about the culture of cooking in Vietnam and the social side of food. The market shopping was brilliant, picking up all the things we needed for what we chose to make - Ms. Son’s energy and joy was infectious 💕 And then we got to cook and eat it all in her beautiful garden.
