About

A relaxing dip in an Italian lunch time

We will first start with a welcome coffee or a fresh drink to get to know each other.

Then we will have a brief explanation on the ingredients of their history and places in the Italian Traditional Home cooking, before starting on the preparation of a rich Italian lunch composed by an appetizer with a light white wine.

We will make at least two different pasta dishes with the appropriate dressing we choose coupled with a bottle of good wine and fruits.

9:00 am: Meet and have a short introduction to Italian food panorama, before preparing the dressing for the pasta or other dishes
11:00 am: Making handmade pasta chosen for the meal
12:30 pm: Appetizer break and final preparations for the cooking before having lunch

"Excellent and far beyond our expectations !!"

Riccardo was a fantastic and passionate teacher. An absolute pleasure to spend time with him. He made our experience to learn Pasta cooking with lots of fun, non-stressful, relaxing, educational, and the perfect way to be in Naples. He met our wishes and showed us how to make two different kinds of filled pasta. We discovered new delicious pasta, we never ate before. Everything was so rich, cooking, conversation and his anecdotes. It was not just learning how to make pasta but we ware able to experience actively the real Italian culture. Thanks to Riccardo for adding extra spice to our Naples’ trip! We would love to come back just to cook with him again! We would highly recommend this experience/class!
