Guide Grocery Store and Cooking Lesson with cooking expert at historical town Asakusa.

First, we go to a supermarket. I will show you and explain Japanese original ingredients and basic seasonings. You will know what Japanese people eat every day and what are the common stuff for Japanese people. Also, you can buy stuffs and I can help you if you wonder what you should buy.

In the lesson, I will explain about the ingredients and how to cook dishes. Hands-on activities teach you how to cook Japanese cuisine easily.

After cooking, you have what you cook as a lunch.

After lunch, I will serve Maccha green tea with Japanese sweets (2 or 3 kinds).

I want you to feel and enjoy Japanese culture and experience where you can do only here!

Menu

• 1 Main Dish (Chicken Teriyaki or Temari Sushi)
• 2 Seasonal Side Dish(ex. Green Beans Dressed in Sesame Seeds and Rolled Omelet)
• Miso soup

(We will serve cooked rice in case of Chicken Teriyaki)

Morning Session

• 10:00 am: Introduction to rice + ingredients of Dash stock+ Japanese Seasoning
• 10:15 am: Cooking Lesson 1 main dish and 2 sub dishes and miso soup
• 12:00 am: Lunch
• 13:00 pm: Class ends

Afternoon Session

• 3:00 pm: Introduction to rice + ingredients of Dash stock+ Japanese Seasoning
• 3:15 pm: Cooking Lesson 1 main dish and 2 sub dishes and miso soup
• 5:00 pm: Lunch
• 6:00 pm: Class ends
