About

We will prepare Italian dishes together, I'm a Personal Chef and I'll be happy to share with you my best recipes.

I propose different menus on different dates, let me know what interests you, and I'll let you know on what date we can organize the menu, sample menu: meat, fish, vegan, different dishes of Italian regional cuisine (Lombardy, Naples, Rome, Sicily, Genoa...)

We will use organic ingredients, coming mainly from local farms, Angus beef grass-fed, pork, poultry, dairy products, vegetables, etc.

As my home is located in the Ticino Natural Park, you will enjoy the beautiful natural environment and we will have lunch in the wood, literally, enjoying food and complimentary beer or wine.

Outside my property we will be able to have a walk in the woods trying to spot the different animals that live in there: foxes, hares, dormouses, wild boars, buzzards, cuckoos, woodpickers, etc.

In case of adverse weather conditions lunch will be held in the living room of my home that has large windows overlooking the woods.

I speak Italian, English and French, if guests speak different languages, English will be used.

"Fantastic!"

Marco hosted a fabulous day of cooking in his beautiful home in the woods. He is humble, knowledgable, talented and kind and we really enjoyed the day. We learnt to make gnochhi [the best i've ever eaten], a delicious fish dish and the iconic Tiramisu. It's very rewarding to eat what you have prepared and we look forward to taking these skills home to Australia to cook for our friends and reminisce about our lovely time in Italy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - THANKS MARCO!!!

Meeting Point

The location is 60 Km (36 mi) from the center of Milan.

From Milan: - by train it takes 45' to get to Sesto Calende - by car it takes one hour / one hour and a half, depending on where are you located in Milan From Malpensa International Airport: - by car it takes less than half an hour - by bus + train it takes about 1 hour
