Discover the unique ingredients and flavors of Thai cooking in this hands-on cooking class — from pungent fish sauce to tangy kaffir lime leaves and and hot curry spices. 

Chef Tony will guide you step-by-step through the cooking process and show you a range of local Thai herbs and seasonings, as well as what you can substitute them with when you cook at home. 

You will see all these ingredients first-hand on our tour to a local market, where you'll have the chance to try some Thai fruit, dessert, and snacks.

Every participant will receive a complimentary recipe book, so you can bring back the flavors of Thailand to your own kitchen.

• 9:45 am: Visit a local market exploring the fresh ingredients to use in class. 
• 10:45 am: Settle into the comfort of our coffee shop and get a welcome drink and snack.
• 11:00 am: Enjoy cooking at your own station by following the chef instructions.
• 1:00 pm: Taste splendid hand-cooked dishes that you made. 
• 1:30 pm: The end of the class. 

Afternoon Class 

• 4:00 pm: Meet at the hotel.
• 4:30 pm: Everyone meets at the cooking school.
