Matcha is a finely grounded powdered green tea, made from tea leaves shade-grown for about 3 weeks before the harvest and the stems and veins are removed in processing. Traditionally Matcha used in ceremonies to serve in a meditative style, but modern days now Matcha has come to be used to flavor and dye foods such as mochi, ice cream, a variety of Japanese wagashi confectionery.
Kookai Cooking Studio is pleased to launch the program called " Matcha Delight ", which consists of making Matcha Jelly meets with Dango(sweet rice balls), Dorayaki(red-bean pancake), a bean-jam pancake with Matcha whip, and Ichigo Matcha Daifuku, a matcha flavored mochi stuffed with sweet bean paste. Of course we are using the best quality of Matcha products from Kinoshita chaen(one of the oldest tea store). Join us to have unique Matcha Wonder Power experience.
