Begin at "Campo de Fiori" for your half day foodie adventure! Accompanied by Paola and Giuseppe immerge yourself in the scents of the open market of Campo de Fiori, a short walk to discover the colors and smells of "Roman Holidays". Taste a crispy pizza small snack and get started! We'll first shop together for the ingredients and then we'll go all together to Paola's home, in a 1400's building in the heart of the eternal city, to prepare fresh pasta: get ready for hands-on experience! 2 different dough (with and without eggs), 3 different pasta shapes, wine, coke, water, mocha coffee and home made pie.
Our courses are classic cooking lessons, where you'll be starting from scratch. You will have to prepare the dough, we will teach you how to prepare the different kinds of fresh pasta and how to recognize them, where they come from, how to choose the condiments. After preparing the fresh pasta, we will show you how to make the sauces (3 different kinds). The menu includes: 3 pasta dishes, 1 home made pie slice, red chianti wine or coke or water and coffe to close the lunch.
