"Takoyaki" is a local food symbolizing Osaka. Osaka people enjoy Takoyaki as a snack at home and on the street.

Regular Takoyaki made by flour with octopus inside. In this 'Deluxe' class you can choose your favorite fillings ingredients from meat, fish, vegetables and so on.

"Osaka Style Takoyaki Cooking Class"

Had an awesome cooking class with Sensei Fumi. Everything was well organized and easy to follow along. The studio itself is very efficient and clean. Sensei Fumi suggested I go to Central Square Life Grocery Store where I could find ingredients to bring back to Hawaii. I also went to Sennichimae Doguyasuji Shotengai to purchase a takoyaki frying pan:) I wish I had more time in Osaka to take more classes from Sensei Fumi.
