Thanks to the patience and good humor of my teacher/chef, this was one of the most incredible parts of my visit. She not only explained how to perform certain tasks, but why things were done as they were. I couldn't ask for a better teacher. And, for those few macarons that were not perfect, i got to eat my mistakes!!! Highly recommended!
