Have you dreamed of making homemade delicious Italian pasta with your own hands? There are many types of pasta, many shapes and many ways to prepare it. Learn the ins-and-outs of pasta making so you can prepare it for your friends and family back home with the new skills you will be taught. 

No matter if you’re an expert of you’re just a beginner, your friendly local chef will guide you step-by-step and will provide you the theoretical and practical knowledge to create an authentic Italian meal with a variety of pasta. You will also learn how to prepare an authentic Tiramisù, a typical Italian dessert, which you cannot miss on your Italian menu!

After all, you will learn many recipes that you can recreate back at home. You will get the chance to taste all the dishes that you have prepared during the class and taste some of the best plates of Italian tradition, accompanied by a glass of red/white wine or a soft drink. This is the way to enjoy this magical atmosphere and immerse yourself into the wonderful world of Italian cuisine!

Schedule

• 3:30 pm: Introduction to pasta making and ingredients.
• 3:40 pm: Starter preparation and hands-on pasta-making session with sauce.
• 4:40 pm: Tiramisu making session.
• 5:30 pm: Time to eat what we made with a glass of local wine.
• 6:00 pm: End of the class.
