Do you want to focus on the pasta? This is it: in two hours you will learn from scratch how to make Fettucine, Ravioli, Tortellini, Lasagna, Cannelloni, Orecchiette, Cavatelli and Papillions. Experiment with different types of doughs and flours. You will master the manual art of Pasta and understand the different regional cultural influences, behind some of the world wide most famous foods. 

You will also learn the most known sauces that come with each type of Pasta such as, Carbonara, Bologneses, Pesto and Norma Sauce with Eggplants. 

Dine at a traditional table setting with your masterpieces, great wines, fantastic espresso and Limoncello Liquor at the end of the meal. 

You will also receive a diploma to remember your experience and recipes.

Menu

• FETTUCINE: Long narrow strips of pasta with Bolognese sauce
• LASAGNA: Oven baked layers of flat pasta with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, Bechamel Sauce, and fresh basil
• RAVIOLI: Small cases of dough filled with spinach and ricotta
• CANNELLONI: Rolls of pasta stuffed with a meat or vegetable mixture
• TORTELLINI: Ring-shaped Italian pasta stuffed with cheese or meat that is most traditionally served in broth
• ORECCHIETTE: Small pasta made with semola flour
• CAVATELLI: Small discs or short strips of pasta with opposite edges rolled towards each other to form a hollow shape.
• FARFALLE: A short type of pasta is shaped like little butterflies or bow-ties.
• DRINKS & BEVERAGES: Red Wine, White Wine, Beer, Digestif, Aperitif

Schedule

• 10:00 am: meet at Corso Lodi 132
• 12:30 am: lunch with the recipes you have prepared, accompanied by great wine. End the meal with espresso coffee and Limoncello Liquor. 
• Receive a cooking diploma to remember the experience.
