• Tod mun pla ( fish cake )
• Lab gai ( minced chicken salad )

Main course 

• Tom yum goong (spicy sour shrimp soup)
• Tomkha Gai(coconut soup with chicken)
• Tom Sab ( Hot and spicy soup with pork ribs)
• Padthai
• Green/red/yellow Curry 

Desserts 

• Sticky rice with mango

• 9:00 am: Pick up from hotel going to local market
• 10:30 am: Cooking time
