Join this full-course gourmet dinner hosted by Yuma, a certified sake sommelier and restaurant owner from Gifu (the hometown of one of the best wagyu beef brands).
Learn about Japan's centuries-long history of brewing and drinking sake, as well as the rich flavors behind Japan's famous wagyu beef.
You will be served quality wagyu cuts from many different regions, all paired with craft Japanese sake (served cold, warm and in bespoke cocktails). Each cut of wagyu and each cup of sake will be served in a unique way in order to maximize their natural flavors.
This dinner will take place in Yuma's own restaurant.
