Thai Street Food Cooking Class with Market Tour

Join us in Bangkok and learn what Bangkok is famous for STREET FOODS. This course teaches many of the most popular Thai street foods. Training starts with our chef doing a market tour near by the cooking school. Then each student, with recipe in hand, will duplicate what the instructor taught. Due to time constraints and complexities of preparing a few of the street foods, some are prepared as a group instead of individually. Preparation of ingredients and cooking is done at individual professional cooking stations. Each station has 1 low pressure and 2 high-pressure burners and a large clear space for preparation of ingredients.

Tuesday

• Green curry paste (prepare)
• Green Curry Chicken - a typical curry that taste spicy but also sweet thanks to the high amount of coconut milk that is added to the dish
• Som Tam Thai (Papaya salad)
• Thai Fried Rice
• Rad Na Moo (Stir fried noodles with pork in gravy)
• Deep Fried Bananas

Wednesday

• Khao Soy curry paste (prepare)
• Khao Soy Chicken
• Moo Ping (Pork on skewers)
• Laab Moo (Spicy minced pork salad)
• Stir Fried Morning Glories
• Khanom Tuay (Coconut milk custard)

Thursday

• Green curry paste (prepare)
• Green Curry Chicken - a typical curry that taste spicy but also sweet thanks to the high amount of coconut milk that is added to the dish
• Sukiyaki Talay (Suki seafood soup)
• Minced Chicken with Spicy Basil (Pad Kra Paow)
• Hoi Tord (Mussel pancakes)
• Deep Fried Bananas

Friday

• Kway Teow Tom Yum (Tom Yum noodle soup)
• Nam Tok Gai (Spicy grilled chicken salad)
• Pad See Ew (Fried rice noodles with pork)

Saturday
