The market tour and cooking lesson is dedicated to Wednesdays and Fridays with a focus on the culture of Tuscan food. This includes the tasting of local and seasonal products with targeted spending on organic and PGI products which will be useful for the performance and processing of the seasonal menu.
At the end of the class you will taste everything you made, wine and water included.
The menu is seasonal and will be decided by the ingredients in the market.
