Traditional Pierogi Cooking Class (Polish Dumplings)
About
During the class, you will not only create your dish but you will also learn about our history, way of eating, most popular dishes, and culture. It's like traveling through a dining table!
One of the highlights of the session will be learning how to make Poland's most iconic dish: pierogi (Polish dumplings). We will make two types: one with meat and one with potatoes and cottage cheese.
Afterwards, we will feast on this special meal together and enjoy everything you prepared.

Schedule
- 3:00 pm: Welcome guests
- 3:15 pm: Degustation of the best selection of Polish delicacies and introduction to Polish cuisine
- 3:30 pm: Cooking session and tasting food
- 4:45 pm: Dessert time and discussion
- 5:00 pm: End of the cooking class and small gift

Meeting at Warsaw Culinary University. Our building is not in front of the street. Entrance is from Oboźna street, through the gate with "Harenda" sign above, then through the green gate on the left.
