This 3 hour class is about vegan cheese and cheesecake. It's amazing, vegan cheese doesn’t have to require such a complex processing method as you might think, it can be easily done at home.
In fact, it’s far healthier if you make it yourself: because then you have total control over what exactly goes into it. We will show you how to make soft and hard cheese and we also gonna make an amazing cheesecake plus some crackers to dip the cheese with.
