Zen Cooking Class is a natural and organic cooking, market shopping, and learning experience with the cooking and classroom done on an organic farm in Hanoi, Vietnam. We guide you on in an engaging and mindful journey of cooking in the Vietnamese style. Fresh, local and seasonal ingredients are always used in our classes. We teach you how to balance yin and yang in your cooking to create a healthy lifestyle for you.

- 7:30 am: Pick up from hotel (for hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter)
- 8:00 am: Local market tours and select fresh ingredients for the cooking class
- 9:00 am: Organic farm visit
- 10:00 am: Meditation in the farm
- 11:00 am: Pick fresh herbs and vegetables for cooking lesson
- 12:00 pm: Learn how to make an herbal drink and use fresh ingredients
- 1:00 pm: Cooking in organic farm
- 4:00 pm : Enjoy the dishes that you have made
- 5:00 pm: Transport you back to your hotel
