This is a vegan/plant-based home cooking class of veganized version of Malaysian dishes. Chef Zura has been adopting a vegan lifestyle for the past 6 years and with decades of experience in cooking and used to work at family owned restaurant, she has been experimenting with lots of interesting ingredients and products. So here we have 3 different dishes from the vegan main dish, side dish and vegan dessert. We're going to prepare almost every thing from scratch.
