Kristof Steiner, the renown Tel Aviv vegan cook and book author comes to the Academia Culinarium Tuscany to show you that vegan cooking and italian cuisine do indeed make a perfect match. Join one of our two-day courses in a small intimate group of a maximum of 14 participants. Kristof´s wast vegan knowledge, the professionalism of the Culinarium team, the Italian food and wines combined with the sunny, sandy beach at our doorstep will guarantee you an unforgettable holiday.
On the first day we will visit world famous Bolgheri, where we will taste some really serious Supertuscan wines, and visit a (multiple) world champion olive oil producer for an oil tasting on the highest level. We leave early for Bolgheri, some 60 miles/100km down the coast, where our first stop will be the olive grove of two real champions! After lunch we visit Bolgheri itself, passing the world famous, 5km long, cypress
On our second day we will start off with a pasta making workshop where Sabrina, our local "mamma" is your teacher. Later in the day Kristof takes over in order to complete the pasta with mouth-watering sauces, entrées and a delicious vegan dessert. Dinner will be served in our sea-view dining room.
