Come spent the afternoon with us and enjoy the making of Singapore 2 indisputable National dishes; Chilli Crab Sauce and Pandan Chiffon Cake as well as our popular Ondeh Ondeh. Ondeh ondeh is an Asian dessert made of glutinous rice flour and sweet potato filled with gula Melaka (palm sugar) and covered with desiccated coconut.

Interactive demonstration

We will reveal the secrets in the making of our spicy and tangy chilli crab sauce which combined ribbons of egg and serves on a bed of crab meat salad. Rest assured that this recipe will not be a daunting one!

The pandan chiffon cake, the national cake of Singapore, has been touted as one of the world's best cakes.

The highlight of this chiffon is pandan which not only gives it a nice fragrant but also gives it, its quintessential green hue. This light and fluffy chiffon of Asian origin might look unassuming, but every bite will definitely leave you wanting for more!

Hands-on

For the Ondeh Ondeh, you will get to make from scratch the popular ondeh ondeh which is a type of soft and chewy kueh using sweet potato filled with Gula Melaka and covered with desiccated coconut.

Once done, enjoy a teatime break serves with a refreshing drink!
