Learn how to cook the best recipe of Thai cuisine by using fresh ingredients from the homegrown ingredients in the garden. You will learn 5 Thai dishes and 1 curry paste of your choosing. Many hands-on experiences as we will make fresh coconut milk, tamarind paste and cook Thai rice.

You will bring home the 4 color recipe book, and share the tasty food with your friends.

I liked how easy it was to book the class and how the school had organised our transportation. It was so easy to communicate with the business via email and they were very prompt with all my queries! Market experience was great and the run down of all the traditional herbs and spices will definitely help me with my future Thai cooking. All the dishes we made were super tasty!
