Casa Jacaranda, a Mexican traditional cooking school, where our visitors will cook and live an unique culinary experience.

Our experience starts in the market to take a tour and learn about history, chiles, herbs, fruits and vegetables. We will select the ingredients and meet the marchantes.

After that, we go to Casa Jacaranda, a beautiful 1913 home, and we will cook a three course meal with salsas, tacos and the day menu with desert as well. We end the day with a lunch in our roof top with a four meal course of every thing that we had cooked and we pair the lunch with Mexican wine, tequila cocktails, all included. We will finish at 4:30 aprox. You will live the joy of Mexican Cooking.

We can totally adapt to your dietary restrictions, weather your vegetarian, vegan or to any food allergy.

Menú

We will make salsas, street food, tamales, and a main course. All paired with cocktails with tequila, Mexican Wine –a special reserve from Valle de Guadalupe– and "Agua Fresca"

Main Courses Available:

• Cochinita Pibil.- Traditional recipe from Yucatán. Braised pork with achiote
• Mole Verde.- Mole made with fresh chiles, herbs and pumpkin seed (Pepita)
• Mole Poblano. Traditional Mole made with dry chiles and 26 ingredientes.
• Al Pastor Fish Tacos. Marinate with Guajillo Chiles and Achiote
• Mojo Isleño Fish.- Made with dry chiles salsa
