If dessert is more your thing, here at Cuscun we offer a special cooking class, focusing on desserts only.
Alongside our chef Carolina and sous chef Iris you will learn how to make four traditional Guatemalan 'postres'; Rellenitos, Torrejas, Atol de elote and Mole de platano. Also, your host Joaquin will tell you more about the culture, traditions and every day life in the village of Jocotenango.
Once we are done with cooking, we will taste your dishes either on our rooftop terrace with a spectacular view of the volcano Agua or in a colonial indoor dining room.

All of our tours begin and end with an authentic experience by traveling in a pickup truck or a chicken bus. We are happy to arrange a pick up at your hotel, hostel or family accommodation in downtown Antigua. Also, you can come directly to our school in Jocotenango by tuc tuc for 20 quetzales. Just ask the driver to take you to the "Puma gas station in Jocotenango" and we will be waiting for you outside!
