I am a Macrobiovegan. I've been practicing Macrobiotics over 20 years, and I'm also a vegan.

I hold a teaching Macrobiotic diploma from the most prestigious Macrobiotic school, Macrobiotic Cooking School, Lima in Japan. I conduct Macrobiotics and vegan classes in Japan, Malayasia and Singapore where I resided for over 20 years before.
The venue is the residence of a Japanese family in the countryside about 1.5~2 hours train ride from central Tokyo, and the class is conducted in a leisurely atmosphere.
You can learn how to make soy milk and tofu from scratch. We also make a simple tofu dish, miso soup and brown rice and have dinner together.
The place is about 1.5-2 hr away from Tokyo: Moroyama, Saitama, can go by train.
