- 8:00 am: Hotel pick up
- 8:30 am: Visit Hoi An Market
- 9:00 am: Take a boat trip to Hoai River
- 9:40 am: Stop at a local family where the cooking class starts.
- 11:45 am: Enjoy your cooked disk
- 12:10 pm: Tour finishes, return to Hotel
