Let's go into Marietta's cozy home to make 3 kinds of dough (flour, semolina, eggs), 16 shapes of pasta and eating 3 kinds of homemade pasta: ravioli stuffed with ricotta, gnocchi alla sorrentina with tomato and mozzarella sauce and spaghetti alla chitarra with carbonara or cacio e pepe with an ancient roman sauce (garum).

Marietta’s class was absolutely wonderful! It was just what we were hoping for and I fulfilled my long persisting dream of learning to make ravioli! The set-up in Marietta’s lovely and cozy house made a wonderful atmosphere and the pasta tools and all the equipment were perfectly organized. It was really fun learning the many different shapes of pasta as well as sauces, and different dough recipes. Marietta is a wonderful person to learn from and we would warmly recommend her class!
