Colombian Culinary Journey: Authentic Cooking in Three Themed Rooms

We are more than a typical Cooking Class.

While you are Cooking authentic Colombian dishes, our local culinary instructors perform a guided tour around Colombian cuisine, culture, magic, music and the gastronomic riches of the different regions of our country. Meanwhile, our chef will charm our customers with their stories and expert local knowledge about our roots, our food and customs.

Our house is decorated in 3 different atmospheres. In the first one "the patio" our decoration is happier and colorful, there you will learn the typical way to prepare Colombian Coffee. In this room you could play our famous Rana game while you enjoy some delicious cocktails.

The second room "Cooking Room", is the place where you will learn how to cook and eat our Colombian specialities.

The Third room "la Fonda" is an impression of a typical Colombian Fonda, there you will learn and taste about some exotic fruits from our country.

Make sure to come with empty stomach and be ready to have great fun.

Programme

Times are approximate, depending on the group:

• 10:00 am: Arriving and introduction to the typical Colombian coffee
• 10:15  am: Start cooking Arepas, patacones, guacamole, ají, empanadas, hogao.
• 12:30 am: Play some rana game
• 1:00 pm: Dinner time, time to learn about the Rana and enjoy the delicious homemade food
• 2:00 pm Time to go home
