Simmered fish is a traditional method to cook fish in Japan. The purpose of this site is to announce activities of Japanese Simmered fish Cooking Class for foreigners. You can come to like to eat fish during attending my cooking class with me.
I will offer that kind of traditional Japanese fish dishes. I offer two kinds of Simmered fish cooked with 4 types of soup stocks. I also offer a Takikomi rice cooked with fish soup stock and boiled spinach seasoned with soy sauce and matcha pudding. We carefully select local foods and try not to use chemical seasoning as much as possible.
