Want to learn how to make a 4-course Italian meal?

We will teach you the traditional recipes and cooking tips for our favorite Italian classics, including a starter dish, pasta, one or more dough-based dishes (such as pizza), and a dessert.

In order to ensure the freshest ingredients for your dishes, we will collect all the vegetables and herbs from our organic garden together before we begin cooking.

Once all the dishes have been made, you will enjoy your creations along with other guests in a family-style meal.

As a gift from us, you will receive a complimentary chef’s apron, “Chef for a Day” certificate, and homemade citrus jam with fruit from our garden at the end of the class. We hope you will always remember your fun and food-filled day with us!

• Parmigiana di melanzane (Aubergine Pie)
• Scialatielli con zucchine dell’orto e provolone del Monaco (Homemade pasta "Scialatielli" with courgettes and preciuos provolone)
• La pizza napoletana; fra tradizione e innovazione (Neapolitan pizza; from tradition to innovation)
• Caprese cake (Almond and chocolate cake typically from Capri Island)

Programme

• 9:45 am: Meet everyone and enjoy a cup of coffee
• 10:00 am: Collect vegetables and herbs from our garden before starting our cooking class
• 1:30 pm: Enjoy your own cooking for lunch
• 2:00 pm: End of class
