Are you a vegetarian or vegan traveling through Chiang Mai? Then join this cooking class and immerse yourself into the wonderful world of plant-based Thai cuisine. 

We want to make sure that vegetarians and vegans never have to miss out of any delicious Thai cuisine just because it contains meat or animal-based products. Together, we'll cook a 5-course meal with love and only using fresh local produce (and do your health and the environment a favor to boot). 

Chef Ning has been a passionate vegetarian for many years and she is excited to share her favorite recipes with you in this informative, fun, and hand-on cooking class.

APPETIZER

• Papaya Salad
• Special Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice
• Fresh Spring Rolls & Peanut Sauce (recommended)

CURRY 

• Masaman Curry (Mild Thai Curry)
• Red Curry (Spicy Thai curry)
• Green curry (recommended)

SOUP 

• Khao Soi (famous dish in Chiang Mai)
• Tom Yum Soup Tofu (Spicy Soup)
• Tom Kha Mushroom Soup (Coconut Soup)

STIR FRY 

• Classic Pad Thai
• Stir Fried Mixed Veg, Ginger & Cashew Nut
• Stir Fried Kale and tofu Thai Style (recommended)

DESSERT 

• Mango Sticky rice (recommended)
• Coconut milk banana
• coconut milk pumpkin

Programme

• 12:20 pm: Arrive, enjoy a refreshing drink, get to know the other members in your group
• 12:30 pm: Confirm your personalised menu with Ning
• 12:40 pm: Introduction to Thai cuisine, herbs, vegetables and basic cooking methods
• 12:50 pm: Cook your appetizer and curry, and then enjoy eating your dishes 
• 2:00 pm: Cook your soup and stir-fry, and then enjoy eating your dishes
• 3:00 pm: Cook your delicious dessert, and then enjoy eating your dishes
• 3:30 pm: Sit back let your full belly digest
