Our chef, mamma Maria Pia, will lead you in a Sicilian culinary adventure in this class making sure that you will be able to replicate what you learn at home. During the class, we will talk about Sicilian traditions and ways of cooking the food.

This 3-course seafood menu has been designed to make you learn and taste some of the local traditional dishes with Maria Pia guiding the way through each step. You will learn all about the ingredients and how to make the best choice while selecting them. As we guide you through the cooking techniques, you will learn how to make the best meal of your life!

• Pasta with shrimps and pistachio from Bronte

• 3:30 pm: Everyone meets at school and gets ready for the class
• 3:40 pm: Begin the class with an introduction about all ingredients and menu by Maria Pia
• 4:00 pm: Start to make the first traditional dish
• 5:00 pm: Learn how to make the second traditional dish
• 6:00 pm: Make Cuddureddi in the traditional way
• 7:00 pm: Share the dishes you made with everyone in the class
• 8:00 pm: The end of the class
