Welcome to our home in the middle of Crete Senesi (UNESCO World Heritage site), located on a hill with beautiful views everywhere you look. You will feel truly immersed in nature, with peaceful quiet and with rolling hills everywhere you look.

After a quick coffee, we will begin our cooking class and you will learn how to make fresh pasta, focaccia with olive oil and tiramisù, all from scratch. Best of all, you'll be cooking in an unforgettable location in the middle of Val D'Orcia, with breathtaking view of cypresses and hills that change their colors each season.

If the weather permits, we will cook and eat outdoors all day. Otherwise we will cook in one of our villas.

Aperitivo:

• Local wine or prosecco with fresh focaccia with dips

Main:

• Fresh Pasta Pici with ragù or vegetarian option, or gnocchi if you prefer, usually kids love it too!

Dessert:

• Tiramisù

Morning Session:

• 10:00 am: Welcome coffee 
• 10:30 am: Cooking Class: Tiramisù
• 11.30 am: Cooking Class: Fresh Pasta
• 12:30 pm: Cooking Class: Make your dough for Focaccia
• 1:30  pm: Let's celebrate what we just made with an aperitivo: Prosecco or Local Wine (we are near Montalcino :-) 
• 2:00 pm:  Lunch, our Pappardelle with ragù or vegetarian option
• 3:00 pm: The Class ends

• 3:30 pm: Welcome coffee
• 4:00 pm: Cooking Class: Tiramisù
• 5.00 pm: Cooking Class: Fresh Pasta
• 5:00 pm: Cooking Class: Make your dough for Focaccia
• 7:00 pm: Let's celebrate what we just made with an aperitivo: Prosecco or Local Wine (we are near Montalcino :-)
• 8:00 pm: Lunch, our Pappardelle with ragù or vegetarian option
