In this class, everything is handmade—noodles, soup, chashu pork, and gyoza.

• Noodles: Crafted from a simple mixture of flour, salt, and water, the dough is kneaded, stretched, and cut by hand—no machines involved.
• Soup: Made in a traditional pork bone style, using authentic Japanese seasonings. You'll learn all about the seasonings so you can recreate the flavors at home.
• Chashu Pork: Expertly seasoned and prepared to complement the soup.

You'll also receive a recipe to take home.

Experience the joy of making noodles from scratch and discover the unique process of creating your own ramen and gyoza.

Menu

• Easy Tonkotsu  ramen (Pork bone soup reproduced with seasonings, soy milk , noodle, roasted pork fillet and some toppings)
• Gyoza( Wrap ground pork and vegetable mixture in dumpling skin. Bake in a flying pan)

• 11:00 AM: Meet your instructor.
• 11:10 AM: Start of the cooking session. 
• 12:30 PM: Enjoy the dish you created. 
• 1:30 PM: End of experience.
