Learn to cook with us in our beautiful Thai Lanna Style home in an open air purpose built cooking school with mountain views surrounded by beautiful exotic trees, and flowers. We grow our own Thai herbs and vegetables in our garden.

Our impeccably clean and hygienic Thai cooking school is located in the city of Chiang Mai.

We only source and use fresh, quality ingredients on a daily basis. We don’t cut corners, ever!

Do you love Khao Soi? Pad Thai? Our mission is to provide a 5 hours of fun learning through expert instruction on the basics of cooking authentic Thai food. Our focus is about quality instruction and ingredients – no one goes away hungry!

Classes can be given in English, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese.

Menu

Course 1 Chiang Mai Favorites (Monday and Tuesday)

• Som Tam – Fresh Green Papaya Salad
• Khao Soi – Chiang Mai’s mild coconut curry
• Pad Thai 
• Mango Sticky rice

Course 2 Siam Delights (Wednesday and Thursday)

• Thai Spring Rolls
• Pad Thai
• Thai Green Curry with Chicken
• Mango Sticky Rice

Course 3 Chef’s Favorites (Friday and Saturday)

• Som Tam – Fresh Green Papaya Salad
• Pad Thai
• Thai Red Curry with Shrimp or Chicken served with Jasmine Rice
• Thai Coconut Pudding with Seasonal fruits – an Aroy Aroy specialty 

• Some dishes may be substituted based on freshness and availability of ingredients.
• All our courses can be adapted to Vegetarian, Gluten free and Halal. Just email us once you have booked to let us know in advance.

Programme

• 9:00 am: Pick-up from your hotel
• 9:15 am: Market Tour
• 10:30 am: Starting the cooking class
• 2:30 pm: End of class
