Let our professional chefs, trained both internationally and locally in Korea, teach you how to prepare classic dishes. With helpful tips and tricks, this will be an eye-opening experience to try Korean cuisine, which may seem challenging to learn with its ancient recipes and complex flavors. The day starts with a guided tour around a local market.

Our Korean cooking classes are tailored to meet your needs including any food allergies or dietary restrictions(Halal, Kosher, vegetarian are all available). Enjoy a culinary experience in a professional cooking school furnished with modern kitchen tools and equipment. Savor the delicious meal at the end of class.

You'll be making the dishes by yourself(100% hands-on) from beginning to the end with a guidance of a professional chef.

Tuesday

• Kimchi
• Bulgogi(Marinated Beef in Soy Sauce)

Wednesday

• Bibimbap
• Doenjang-Jjigae(Soybean Paste Stew)

Thursday

• Dak Bokkeum Tang (Spicy Chicken Stew)
• Japchae (Glass Noodle Salad)

Friday

• Jeyuk Bokkeum (Spicy Pork Barbecue)
• Gyeran Jjim (Volcano Steamed Egg)

Saturday

• Kimchi
• Bulgogi(Marinated Beef in Soy Sauce) 

*Vegetarian, Halal, Gluten-Free options available except Friday

*5 of minimum participants for Saturdays' class. Please bear in mind there is a possibility of cancelation 24 hours before the class if we don't meet the requirements.

Programme

Morning Class 

• 9:30 am: Local market tour
• 10:00 am: Cooking session and tasting 
• 12:00 pm: End of the cooking class
