Italian Pasta from the North to the South with a Professional Chef

As Sicilian food as always been an important part of my life. 15 years ago I moved to Tuscany and I decided to turn my passion into my work. I feel blessed to live in Italy, we have fresh local ingredients a strong culinary tradition that change moving through the Country. 

During the class you will explore this Italian heritage doing different kind of dough, playing with different ingredients and traditional tools. You will learn new tips, improving your skill in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We will prepare traditional long pasta (tagliatelle, tagliolini), filled pasta (ravioli or tortellini), short pasta and gnocchi. 

Welcome coffee, a glass of prosecco and wine included. At the end of the class you will receive printed recipes with detailed instructions and tips. 

Menu

• Tagliolini with fresh vegetables and basil sauce 
• Lemon and ricotta filled ravioli 
• Garganelli with Sicilian pesto 
• Potatoes gnocchi alla sorrentina (tomatoes sauce, mozzarella and basil)

• 4:00 pm: Meeting at the School 
• 4:15 pm: Welcome coffee and introduction 
• 4:30 pm: Cooking session
• 6:30 pm: Tasting 
• 7:00 pm: End of the cooking class
