Meet our guide near the Pantheon and head to one of the local restaurants to make four-course lunch or dinner from scratch. Under the guidance of the professional chef prepare two types of fresh pasta, an appetizer, and a dessert. Use only the fresh seasonal ingredients to prepare the meal for you and your group and listen to the chef and the guide revealing the well-kept secrets of the delicious Italian and Roman cuisine. Learn the tricks of making the perfect fettuccine and gnocchi or ravioli with the sauces of your choice and spend the afternoon or the evening enjoying your masterpieces paired with the local wine.

The menu consists of:

• a glass of wine, beer or a soft drink
