In this class you'll spend an afternoon away from the famous Saigon heat and humidity. Allow our skilled chef to mentor you through step by step of traditional Vietnamese cooking methodology and enjoy a tasty 3 dishes and one dessert to complete your meal.

This was my first cooking class ever and really exceeded expectations. The class was full of fun with friendly atmosphere. The chef give us a interesting information about Vietnamese kitchen and food. I fully recommend this class.

Chef My is a really warm and caring teacher. She has an eye for even the most minute details. Both she and her assistant ensured that I was comfortable and found everything within reach and kept pouring glasses of iced tea. Chef My has a very simple approach to cooking but puts in her heart and sould which makes learing from her very easy and interesting.
We decided on the class at the last minute. The class was small with only the two of us (and we understand that the numbers are kept small, and Chef My made us feel welcome instantly. We learnt lots of cooking tips and got detailed explanations, and used a great variety of tools. All in all this was a great class and we would highly recommend it- it felt like an afternoon spent with a local friend cooking, chatting and eating!

Best cooking course i ever had
This new cooking school on the Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon scene has all of the trademarks of an ideal learning environment: 1) Passionate, skilled teacher, 2) Plenty of tools and equipment, 3) Facility that matches the purpose, and 4) Small student-teacher ratio. As an educator myself, this was really important because it was proof they were interested in teaching, rather than the just the commercial aspect of the operation. The food was also terrific: high-quality ingredients (with explanations so you can shop appropriately when you return home), easy-to-follow demonstrations before each step of the cooking process, and a flexible menu to address any allergies or preferences. I don't consume red meat, so they were accommodating to this without any trouble. Last, it was nice to have a separate eating space from the cooking area. We could really relax, laugh, and enjoy ourselves without seeing the mess we made! Just don't come to class full because the portions are huge and so yummy that you won't want to leave anything behind on the plate!
