Begin the adventure with a short boat ride across the river to our property’s very own certified organic farm. In the tranquil grounds of the farm, take a guided tour around the herbal and vegetable garden and learn about natural fertilizers, composts and insect repellents.

Here take a back to basics approach to traditional Thai cooking by harvesting your own fresh herbs, vegetables and duck eggs and using them to cook your own picnic lunch.

Menu

• Brown or white rice
• Traditional Thai pork jerky / sun-dried pork
• Marinated chicken wrapped in pandan leaves
• Mixed grilled mushrooms with chilli paste
• Stir-fried organic vegetables of your choice
• Eggs of your choice
• Seasonal fresh fruits

Programme

• 10:00 am: Meeting at Sampran Riverside Hotel Lobby
• 10:15 am: Organic garden tour
• 11:00 am: Start cooking with the ingredients you've picked from the garden
• 1:30 pm: Enjoy the food you've cooked with a nice picnic
• 2:00 pm: End of class
