Our "Sfoglina" Martina will share with you all her secrets kept in her pasta factory. In a total informal way she teaches you how to make the dough, rolling it with the "mattarello" (rolling pin) as the Bolognese tradition requires. Then you will prepare some Bologna's pasta dishes such as Tortellini, Tortelloni and Tagliatelle!

We are in Bologna and we make local dishes, don't ask us to prepare Spaghetti Bolognese or Fettuccine Alfredo, we could get a heart attack ;)
All the pasta prepared is then cooked for dinner!

We had such a great time! Mattia and Martina were such nice people and the pasta they helped us make was seriously the best pasta we have ever tasted. Learned a lot and was probably the most authentic Italian experience of our three weeks in Italy.
